Three years growing with AndStay From €5,952 to €27,559 in annual net profit.

Let's go back to one of our first success stories to see what happened after the first big leap in profitability.
In 2023 we shared the results of a property that, after the first full year with AndStay, had gone from €5,952 in annual net profit in 2021 to €21,457 .
The question was simple:
Could it continue to improve over the years?
Today we have the answer.
In 2025, the property achieved €27,559 in annual net profit , 363% more than in 2021 .
And the most interesting thing is not just the initial growth, but having managed to maintain a positive evolution for three full financial years.
The starting point
Before working with AndStay, the property was already for tourist rental.
In 2021 it recorded:
46% average occupancy
€102.60 average price per night
€1,415 average monthly income
€5,952 net annual profit
The challenge was not to start from scratch, but to discover how much potential remained untapped.
2023: the first big leap
After the first full exercise with AndStay, the results changed clearly:
92.8% occupancy
€142.70 average price per night
€3,432 average monthly income
€21,457 net annual profit
The profit had been multiplied by more than three.
But the goal wasn't to achieve a single great year, but to continue improving a property that was already performing well.

Between 2024 and 2025, profit grew again by 17.4% .
This amounts to approximately an additional €4,088 for the owner in a single year .
Less income, more profit
This is probably the most interesting fact in the whole case.
In 2024, the property generated €46,958 in income .
In 2025, it closed with €46,174 .
Turnover fell slightly, around 1.7% .
However, net profit went from:
€23,471 to €27,559
In other words, while revenue remained practically stable, profit grew by 17.4% .
Billing more doesn't always mean earning more.
The profitability of a property does not only depend on filling the calendar.
Price, commissions, sales channels, operating costs, maintenance and management efficiency also influence it.
In 2025, the property managed to earn more without needing to invoice more.
And here is an important part of our work.

The numbers show one important thing: growth does not have to be linear.
In 2023, employment stood out.
In 2024, the average price increased sharply.
And in 2025, a combination of 86.1% occupancy , €192.41 average price per night and greater efficiency allowed the best profit of the period to be achieved.
More value for every night sold
In 2021, the average price per night was €102.60 .
In 2025 it reached €192.41 .
This is an approximate increase of 88% , while also maintaining high occupancy.
This balance between price, occupancy and profitability is much more relevant than simply pursuing the largest possible number of reservations.
€2,297 average net profit per month
The improvement is also easily appreciated when taking it to a monthly average:
2021: €496
2023: €1,788
2024: €1,956
2025: €2,297
In four years, the difference is approximately €1,801 more in net profit per month for the owner.

The strategy must also evolve
The market is constantly changing.
Demand, competition, booking windows, distribution channels and traveler behavior change.
Therefore, an effective strategy cannot be static.
Sometimes, the objective will be to increase employment.
Other times, protect the price.
And at certain times, improve efficiency so that each euro invoiced generates more profitability.
The important thing is that the property continues to adapt and function better over time.
Three years later, the property continues to grow
When we first published this case, we were able to demonstrate the impact achieved over a full year.
Today we can show something more relevant: evolution has been maintained over time .
2021: €5,952 net profit
2025: €27,559
+363%
It wasn't just a good first year.
It was the beginning of a management capable of continuing to generate value.
